I was slightly disappointed and they called me... within a couple hours after my appointment to really figure out what happened and how they could help. Many companies nowadays do not care about customers to this extent, but Best Carpet Cleaning Experts do. They want it done, and they want it done right! Fidel was GREAT! Did such an awesome job cleaning our carpets and area rugs. Made them look brand-new and that’s even... with our two large dogs putting a lot of wear and tear on them (including some accident stains). They were friendly over the phone and able to be booked right away. Contactless checkout which was nice. I paid an... extra $45 for an enzyme treatment for pet stains but several still did not come out. I still had several stains on the carpet that looked exactly the same as they did before.read more

I called right before closing time on Saturday and Mark still took the time to talk with me about my upholstery... cleaning needs. He scheduled me soonest available which worked perfect for this week. The technician, Fidel, was on-time, courteous, and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently to get my items cleaned with little disruption to my work day (I work from home). They will be my go-to for future upholstery cleaning. This company was wonderful! I needed service quickly to remove urine from a bedroom floor. They were here in 2 hours... and did a great job. Office staff was as courteous as the technicians. I will definitely use them for upholstery cleaning in the future.read more

Left a message at 10:30 pm and the owner called me first thing the next morning. They were available to come in the... afternoon. Very fast service. Tech did a very thorough job cleaning and worked extra on stain spots. My carpet was very dirty and Best Carpet's equipment and tech did a fantastic job of getting it clean.
